Thank you for using our internet based transaction management system!  Here you will find a centralized location to store documents, exchange messages, and view critical tasks related to your real estate transaction that is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, anywhere you have internet access. 

Upon receipt of your contract, you will receive a logon ID and password via email.  When you access the system for the first time, you will be given the opportunity to change your logon id and password if you like.  You will also be asked to complete your contact information.

As your closing progresses, we will load the following documents:  contract, tax bill, printout from the property appraiser's office, title commitment, termite inspection, survey, and settlement statement.  You will receive email notification of any documents that require your attention.

Our checklist is designed to let you see that status of file at any time.  As critical items are ordered and received, we will update the checklist.
